Reflex Rationalises Distribution

Reflex Gaming, the UK’s largest manufacturer of reel-based Category C machines, is announcing a reorganisation of its distribution channels.

By mutual agreement AMG Leisure and Reflex Gaming have decided to end their distribution agreement. The split is intended to allow AMG and Reflex to concentrate on other strategic alliances.

“The relationships that we have built up over the years with our customers are key to the success of our company,” says Reflex Managing Director Quentin Stott. “Our customers have not only helped us to form our product development, they have also supported us financially in achieving those developments. We therefore want to ensure that we remain as close to them as possible, so that we can continue to create market-leading machines and successfully introduce a number of innovations into the UK market in upcoming months, including two new cabinets and new technology.”

“We have therefore decided to move forward in creating our own sales force to ensure maximum customer support and focus for Reflex’s products. This strategy will be complemented by distribution partners Crown Direct and Deith Leisure who remain unaffected by this change.
