E-Service takes over Barcrest analogue after-sales


E-Service continues to grow the range and scale of its UK service and support business with the latest announcement that it has taken over the analogue after-sales operation of Barcrest.

Clients will be able to order their parts and receive factory-approved service and support for all Barcrest analogue products, alongside the unrivalled range of service, spares and advance replacements already supported by E-Service. In addition, all UK clients can benefit from the free nationwide van service for collection and delivery, plus place orders for Barcrest analogue spares and accessories via the comprehensive E-Service online web shop  at www.e-serviceuk.com

Confirming the new agreement, Chris Sullivan, Managing Director of Barcrest and Games Media’s pub, bingo and arcade businesses commented, “Following the decision to focus on our digital server-based supply business, we have reached a point where we can confidently hand over the after-sales of our analogue business to a trusted supplier like E-Service”.

Hi I have just purchased a bedazzled fruit machie from bell crest or mazooma.

The machine continues to pay out all the time. How do I do a complete reset.
I have adjusted the payout percentage switch to 70 percent however it continues to play very easy and jackpots regular.
