Al Murray’s Beautiful British Game Wins Pubco Approvals
JPM International has announced that Al Murray’s Beautiful British Game is continuing to win over the hearts and minds of British pub goers. The Category C game is JPM’s latest release under the Al Murray The Pub Landlord brand and has already gained approval from Mitchells & Butlers, Scottish and Newcastle Pub Company, Enterprise Inns and Marstons PLC, whose combined estates total almost 13,600 pubs and restaurants.
JPM’s Paul Bursnell was delighted with the approvals: “We’ve always said that we’re totally committed to the UK market and it’s very encouraging to gain the support of these leading retailers, so early into the test process. The Al Murray the Pub Landlord brand has delivered spectacular results in the Category B4 sector where the latest release has occupied the No.1 position since the beginning of January 2012.
“We’re pleased that Al Murray’s Beautiful British Game is meeting and exceeding income expectations and delivering first class entertainment value to players. Our development team is already hard at work on a sequel game and we’re confident that Al Murray The Pub Landlord will be taking up residence in pubs up and down the country,” he predicted.
The performance of Al Murray’s Beautiful British Game has certainly added a sparkle to JPM’s 40th Anniversary Celebrations. The game takes full advantage of Technical Standards and with its lavish features delivers real entertainment value in the best JPM tradition as players try for the top prize, accompanied by quips and tips from the man himself.
With further approvals expected imminently, The Pub Landlord will soon be appearing across the whole of the UK!
