AMG’s pint pot golf raises money for Meningitis

Our industry is renowned for its innovation – which came into play during the AMG Golf day this year.

For the last five years, AMG Leisure has raised money for Meningitis UK during its golf day, in memory of Quent and Surj Stott’s little boy Dylan.

This year, however, the golf had to be abandoned due to torrential rain after just a few holes. So the AMG team brought everyone into the club house and arranged a tournament and gave a prize for the player who could chip a golf ball into a pint pot from across the room. This rather ingenious and impromptu game raised an impressive £950 for the charity.

“I would like to thank the guys at AMG once again for raising another good sum for Meningitis UK and for another great golf day, despite the weather,” said Quent Stott, Managing Director of Reflex Gaming.
