Cameron endorsement for Fruit Ninja

Newspapers last week reported that David Cameron could win a gold medal for “chillaxing,” with his love of the online game Fruit Ninja, which he plays on his iPad.

The cult game, where players slice through moving images of melon, orange and pineapple, is also available in a coin-operated version exclusively from UDC.

““We are sure that the Prime Minister would enjoy the massive 46inch screen version of Fruit Ninja on the TouchFX, which is made by Adrenaline Amusements of Canada,” says UDC’s Derek Horwood. “The game is selling extremely well and there are more on the way to us from the factory.”

“There will be a Fruit Ninja on free-play at the Park Avenue Open Day, on Wednesday 13th June, so if David Cameron pops down for the afternoon we’re sure he’ll enjoy himself and he can get a lovely cream tea along with the rest of the industry who will be in attendance,” adds Derek.

It as been a long time since I saw both kids and adults standing in line to play a video game, but last week while researching machines at Dave & Busters in New York City, for my new Sir Prize Party Center venue, I witnessed such an event, Dave & Busters have 3 units and all free machines were getting strong play along with the Ice Pirates Quest and Skee Balls Giant sized Spin N’ Win, I actually saw two assidic Jewish people playing Pirates Quest and one of them had at least 30,000 redemption tickets, does this mean that Jews are finding redemption in redemption games.
