Heber expands its workforce

Heber has announced it is expanding the workforce due to an increase in sales. The global economic environment has experienced turbulent and dramatic changes in the past few years.

Although these were trying times for everybody, employee determination and dedication has enabled product development and diversification into new markets and industries, widening our product range and service capability for all of our customers.

Heber is pleased to announce a period of growth in Sales Revenue, aided by continuing research & development, which will enable growth to continue. This year, work at Heber has driven an increase in manufacturing and a much greater level of custom design in all sectors, for both new and existing clients.

Product designs are underway and company wide expansion has resulted in the appointment of Claire Saunders as Marketing Co-ordinator and Kate Bray as Sales and Marketing Assistant. Both have been working to develop Sales and Marketing demands, as part of an ongoing growth strategy, in a number of key markets. The Manufacturing Department have appointed Jamie Earley as Dispatch Supervisor and Jamal Stevens to ease the growing demand for products. The requirement for bespoke custom design is driving the need for expansion of our technical department as the year progresses.

Les Ashton-Smith, Managing Director, Said “I am delighted to welcome several new employees to join Heber; together we will continue to enhance our excellent service to all our customers.”

The year ahead is an extremely exciting time for Heber and growth is set to continue.
