Mat Parker Joins Live 5 As Creative Director
Rapidly expanding game design house Live 5 Gaming has made a key appointment, with Mat Parker joining the team as Creative Director, with a significant shareholding in the company.
Mat joins Live 5 from Inspired Gaming, where he led the creative team and managed the gaming studios. In his new role, he will liaise with key accounts to deliver tailored content and build relationships.
“Having Mat join us, with his background in both retail and online from an internationally recognised gaming brand, will move Live 5 Gaming up to the next level, in graphics, excitement and player engagement,” says Live 5 Gaming CEO Lloyd Butler. “Mat will work closely with myself to create top quality content for our partners. His is the latest in a series of key appointments of industry experts for Live 5 Gaming, to help us build on our success.”
“Live 5 Gaming is rapidly making a name for itself in the gaming sphere with its multi-channel delivery in both online and retail, so this is an exciting time to join,” says Mat. “I am looking forward to working on the many projects around the world, that Lloyd and the Live 5 Gaming team are involved in.”
“Mat is the latest key appointment who joins Live 5 with an equity share in the business,” adds Roy Howell, Chairman. “We see this as crucial to our success, as our staff are fully incentivised and everyone is working towards the same goals. In fact, I would say this is fundamental to everything Live 5 stands for.”
Live 5 Gaming has recently doubled its office space to house its growing team and delivers its innovative titles via NYX and Leander. The company has developed its Synergy system, which is fully integrated into Inspired/Scientific Games/EBT handheld and Blueprint terminals.
