Astrosystems get new level of interest at ICE

Having experienced ICE 2013 at Excel for the first time, Astrosystems were very impressed with the location and sheer size of the show.  The colourful stands, wide aisles and vast length of the hall provided a memorable exhibition with a whole new vibe.

Astrosystems were demonstrating their range of note and coin validation products, and as specialists in this field, they were able to welcome customers old and new to the stand for product demonstrations.

On show was the GBA GV1 (pictured) a vault style validation unit offering security and cost effective reliability.  At an affordable price, the GBA GV1 can be used in place of a simple validation head unit.

In addition, on display was the Microcoin QL coin validator, a high speed 10 coin per second, electronic, multi-coin mech, with the option of a fast two way separator which can easily and quickly divert coins without causing a jam issue.  The Microcoin QL can retrofit in to virtually any mechanical bracket, or for front entry applications, it can be fitted with its own attractive faceplate.

Debbie Malin, General Manager of AstroSystems, commented: “The success of ICE 2013 was uncertain this year with a new venue and location; however, we have been very pleased and surprised by the number of visitors to our stand.  There was a fresh feel to the show which seemed to inject a whole new level of interest.  We have already booked our stand for the next year”.
