Liam Moore wins Heber prize

Heber’s stand attracted a great deal of attention with their new eye-catching Gaming Wall made up of brilliant multi-coloured LEDs, resulting in great interest and interactive fun with a wide variety of customers. Visitors to the stand were able to play a variety of exciting games on the Gaming Wall, interacting with it using a dance mat. On the stand they were also able to experience a cross section of Heber’s gaming and amusement product controllers including the very well-known and widely used Pluto range of embedded controllers, Xline USB I/O peripherals, and Nucleus high performance PC controllers.

Customers were also able to learn about Heber’s customized design and UK and mainland European manufacturing facilities. Many long term Heber customers such as Fair Game and Astra, exhibited Pluto-based products on their own stands.

“The innovative LED Gaming Wall demonstrated Heber’s capabilities in both LED control and digital signage. It is powered by our X-PC 1600 and Xtopper products, which can be built to your specification”, said Richard Horne, Heber’s Commercial Manager. “Congratulations go to Liam Moore (not pictured here) who achieved the top score of 17,084 over the three days of the show”.

Liam received a Nintendo 3DS as a prize for his efforts.  (Both the X-PC 1600 and Xtopper are part of Heber’s Xline range of products, providing the support to enable easy entry into gaming machine development.)
